What the service does
Dubspace processes uploaded videos into translated captions, dubbed audio and optional lip-sync versions, then provides a player, sharing links, public creator channels and embeds. Recording tools can save chapter guides and optional script notes. Available creation tools and their costs are shown before generation. Processing takes time and depends on the selected workflow and external providers. Live translation is not currently offered.
Your content and permissions
Only upload and process content you own or are authorized to use. Obtain appropriate permission for recognizable people, voices, copyrighted material and any other rights involved. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Review before relying on output
AI-generated translation, speech and lip sync can be inaccurate or contain visual and timing errors. Review completed output before sharing it. For consequential or specialist content, obtain review from a qualified person who understands the relevant language and subject.
Sharing responsibilities
You control whether to create an unlisted link. Anyone who receives an active unlisted link may access the shared video. Consider your audience and the sensitivity of the material before sharing or embedding. Publishing selected videos to a public channel allows anyone to discover and watch them without the private share link. Unpublishing revokes future channel access; viewers may already have downloaded or recorded published content.
Availability and payment
Early-access features and operating limits can change. Processing can pause or fail because of source quality, provider availability or usage limits. Review any price, credit estimate and purchase terms shown in the product before authorizing paid work. Unpublished pricing or promotional offers should not be assumed.
Account security
Keep your sign-in credentials private and use a password that is not shared with another service. You are responsible for the content and requests submitted through your account. If access appears compromised, reset your password and review your workspace sharing settings.
Credit purchases and generation
Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD. Optional monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled and add their displayed credits after each confirmed payment. Plan changes affect the next paid refill; your existing credits remain available. Cancel through Manage plan to stop future renewals. Extra one-time packs can be purchased separately. Translation is priced per started minute and language. Other creation tools display their own character, clip, or duration-based credit quote. Your account balance is reserved at generation start and settled when the version is ready. Failed versions return their reserved credits. Work awaiting review retains its reservation; resuming the same reserved job does not charge it twice. Trial and purchased credits currently do not expire.
Billing questions and refunds
For a purchase error or an unused-credit refund request, contact support@foxora.ai with your account email and payment reference. Refunded or reversed purchases remove the corresponding credits. Generation can be paused while a payment is disputed or a refunded credit balance is being reconciled. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Sandbox checkout is a test environment: it charges no real money and adds no usable generation credits.
Early-access scope
The product is offered in early access. Features, capacity and availability may change; future pricing changes apply to newly reviewed generation quotes and purchases. Existing reservations retain their stored price. Do not treat an unfinished or review-required output as an approved translation.
