Accounts and workspace data
Dubspace uses your email address and account details to provide sign-in and your private workspaces. Uploaded videos, generated language versions, processing status and sharing preferences are associated with that workspace.
Video processing
Supabase provides authentication, database and media storage. Translation workflows use external providers, including Google Translation and Gemini for translation and fitting speech to a scene, ElevenLabs for transcription, narration and voice cloning, and fal for lip sync, generated video and talking-photo avatars. Relevant video, audio or transcript content is sent to a provider when the selected workflow needs it. Provider processing is governed by the applicable provider terms and policies.
Voice, avatar and recording tools
Voice samples and portrait images are stored privately and sent to the relevant provider when you explicitly request a clone or avatar. Only submit material you have the rights and consent to use. Generated narration and video are private to your account. Recording scripts stay out of your video description unless you choose to include them; chapter notes can be reviewed before upload.
Sharing and access
Uploads start private. Enabling an unlisted sharing link allows anyone with that active link to view the video and its available language versions, including through an embed. Unlisted does not mean access is limited to named recipients. Disable sharing or replace the link if it should no longer be used. Publishing a channel makes the videos you explicitly select, their descriptions and ready language versions accessible to everyone through that channel. Removing a video or unpublishing the channel revokes that channel access. People who already downloaded or copied content may retain their copy.
Browser storage
Authentication uses browser cookies and storage needed to maintain a session. The appearance preference is stored locally so the selected light, dark or system theme can persist. Upload recovery may also store local information needed to reconnect an interrupted transfer.
Payments and credit records
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information. Dubspace records payment and subscription references, the purchased credit pack or monthly plan, and credit activity to apply balances, prevent duplicate fulfillment and reconcile refunds. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not stored by Dubspace.
Deletion and retention
Video deletion is available in the workspace. Removal and cleanup can involve asynchronous processing. A final retention schedule, backup deletion policy are still being established during early access; no immediate deletion from every backup or provider system is promised. Request account deletion at support@foxora.ai. Financial and security records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
Use appropriate material
Use content you have permission to process. Until the full privacy and contractual framework is published, avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information or material that requires a specific data-processing agreement.
